Joseph- What is your primary laser and how is it set up? If you are going to overlap the visible and uv lines on the jet and are using Indo-1, your configuration could have problems becasue the visible laser lines could scatter light in the Indo detection channels. I would recommend using just the UV line from your laser to generate first laser timed signals. To detect a scatter signal you would have to remove the 488nm bandpass filter from the scatter channel. -Marty Bigos Stanford Shared FACS Facility
