I have just finished reading Vicoria Mosiman's article in reducing cellular autofluorescence by using trypan blue. (Cytometry 30:151-156, 1997) Is anyone familiar with and have used this technique? and if you have what results have you seen? I don't have any specific applications in mind for use here, but it is nice to know for futute reference.
