Is this neoplasm CD45+? Neural and neuroendocrine-derived tumors may express
CD56 alone. If the cells are CD45+ and CD3-CD16+ or CD56+ NK cell origin is
plausible despite the lack of CD2. Is this a nasopharyngeal neoplasm?
