Flow cytometrists, Our laboratory is currently using an in-house method to perform stem cell analysis and we are considering switching to the ISHAGE method. We would like to take a poll of other labs doing stem cell analysis. The questions are: 1. Do you use the ISHAGE method for analysis? If not, what method do you use? 2.
