Dear Group,

Does anyone have experience in using FITC-Annexin V apoptosis detection
kit on human PBMC/whole blood from R & D and/or Immunotech-Coulter ?
Our lab has started to look at apoptosis in human PBMC/WB with flow
cytometry. Could someone share some technical  tips with us? Thanks in
advance.
