Dear flowers Have you ever seen a CD3-, CD16/56+, CD4+, CD8- lymphoma? The patient was diagnosed as NK cell lympoma two years ago and now the lymphoma cells infiltrate bone marrow as well as peripheral blood. Flowcytometric analysis shows lymphoma cells do not express CD2, CD5, CD7, CD3 (surface and cytoplasmic), CD19, CD20, CD10, FMC7, CD23, CD25, kappa and lambda. CD16/56 positivity implies NK cell lymphoma but my concern is CD4 positivity without CD8. Is this usual pattern of NK cell lymphoma? Chang-Seok Ki, MD
