Dear Flow Jockeys,

        Thank you for your suggestions re alveolar macrophage viability
staining.  They are very much appreciated.

        We are interested in potentially acquiring an inexpensive, even
"pre-owned" flow cytometer to put in a BL-3 (P3) facility.  The machine
does not have to be very sophisticated, but capable of handling 2-3 colors.
If anyone has a machine available, I would appreciate hearing about it.
