There is a chapter on Laboratory Animal Data (hematology, chemistry) in Volume 1 of CRC Handbook of Clinical Chemistry which covers several species. Here at MD Anderson Cancer Center we have a Department of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery and they are always helpful when I have unusal 'non-people' related questions.
