Hi,

	I would welcome advice from any flow gurus out there.  I have been
using PI, 7AAD, ethidium to look at viability of macrophages.  after
releasing the cells from plastic with cold PBS or EDTA, I appear to have
30-40% nonviable cells.  I have used non-tissue culture treated plates
as well as low adhesion clusters from Costar.
	Any suggestions welcomed.
