neuroblastoma cell-cycle analysis

I have a new client that is interested in doing cell-cycle analysis on a
neuroblastoma cell line at progressive levels of differentiation.  I gave her a
general PI staining protocol to start with, but was hoping to get some info more
directly related.  She's doing a literature search but I thought someone on the
list might have some pertinent advice as well.  Any hints would be greatly
appreciated.
