Hello! I have been asked about some flow problems with an LCL (lymphoblastic cell lines). Specifically, even cells unstained show a bright diagnal region equidistant from both the FL1 and FL2 axes rather than the usual negative cells. I am not familiar with LCLs and I have never seen this degree of autofluorescence. The investigator is presently checking on the blocking steps and the media the cells were in. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and a suggestion for this investigator? As always thanks in advance for your advice!
