We would like to dual label PBMC with PI for cell cycle analysis and with a 
FITC-labeled mab to an internal viral protein....both of which require permeablization
 of the cell.  We  have done both procedures seperately, but would appreciate 
guidance on how to dual label cells with the PI and the mab for internal 
identification of the viral protein.  The PBMC will be labeled fresh and after 
short term culture (up to 24 hrs.)
