Hello, everyone! I would like to screen blood samples for circulating mast cells by flow cytometry. I believe that with certain malignancies the number of mast cells in circulation may increase. Do any of you already have a protocol for uniquely identifying mast cells (either monoclonals or other cellular markers)?
