One of our users wants to sort a transformed myeloid line DA1
but we get only 35% viability after sorting using standard conditions
(200mW Laser beam, 4oC). Apart from reducing beam intensity
is there anything else to be done to save lives?
What is a normal death rate after sorting?

Thanks, Ayala
