Our lab has had some fairly decent results using AMCA or Cascade Blue as the fourth color in a UV, 488 setup. I was rudely reminded though as it has also been discussed here that PerCP as the red color off the visible laser vanishes on the sorters. My only consolation is perhaps my alignment is good.
