Hello fellow flowers,

I seem to recall a protocol for using propidium iodide for live/dead cell 
gating and DNA staining for cell-cycle analysis of the same sample.

would anyone be able to send me a refernce for this or an outline of a
protocol?

If this procedure is not possible, could somebody recommend one which they use?

I will be using a FACScan for data accquisition.
