4 colour analysis on epics XL

Hi all

We're  thinking of upgrading our XL machine to 4colour mostly to run
HIV work through. The antibodies we will be using are
Coulter's three colour reagent (CD3-PE/TxRed, CD4-FITC, and CD8-PE)
We hope to combine this with a CD45-PE/Cy5. (maybe DAKO or similar)

Does anybody have any experience of this combination of reagents or 4
colour work in general on the XL?

Any help would be appreciated.
