Mike, We also use an Elite ESP for 4-colour analysis, however, we use ECD (ie. FITC, PE, ECD & PerCP) instead of APC so that all the fluorochromes are excitable with one laser (488 nm). Fluorescence is collected on PMT2-5, and compensations range between 0.2 to 46.7% (details upon request)...works everytime! We are now looking at dyes emitting in the infrared and far uv regions for the 5th and 6th colour analysis. Hope this help. >We are using an Elite ESP with a gated Amp. Can FITC, PE, PerCP and APC work >together successfully? PerCP is on the 5thPMT upper beam and APC on the >lower beam. What about compensation? > >Thank You >Mike >American Red Cross >BMT Department > > K.H.
