Hi,
I was wondering if people who work in clinical areas could give me
an indication, or even better detailed information, about new clinical flow
cytometry proceedures which have come into use in their laboratories this
year? I have to speak next week at a local hospital and wanted to get a feel
for the total range of tests different clinical sites around the world
routinely, or otherwise, undertake.
The sort of information I'd really like is whether the actual tests
you are performing have changed, or the analysis approaches have changed.
With respect to the latter, is analysis taught in a "pattern recognition"
approach by ones more experienced peers, or on a "percent positive"
approach, with defined cutoff's.
If there is sufficient interest/replies I'll post a summary back to
the list.
