It's me again, Many thanks to those who offered suggestions re long-term leukocyte storage--I'm summarizing the tips to pass along to my clients, and I'll post a summary to the group as well. A new question: does anyone have much experience with the nitty-gritty details of doing 3 color immuno and Indo on a 753?
