PharMingen has FITC and PE labeled anti-CD62L. (800) 848-6227
They don't have anti-CD15s, but BDIS does (800) 223-8226

I haven't seen any anti-HUMAN neutrophil-specific Ab. Do you mean no eosinophil
activity? You probably need at least two Ab's to identify neuts.

Whole blood staining (either before or after RBC lysis) preserves *LEUKOCYTE*
populations, as well as being fast.

Are CD15S (neutrophils) and CD62L (L-selectin) available directly conjugated
to a fluorochrome?
Are there any other surface markers for neutrophils only?

One of the reasons I have heard that people use whole blood when they label
cell surface antigens is so that the do not lose any populations due to
lysis of RBC's. However, don't these procedures all include a lysis step at
the end anyway? Have I missed the point?
Are there other procedures I should know about?

Thanks!
Deb G.
