Has anyone found an easy way, within BD's CellQuest software, to leave an overlayed histogram on a plot, but increment the original data file? The goal is to display all data files against the same control background -- and to get stats on each new file as it is displayed. As I see it, you lose all "next data file" options whenever the histogram plot has overlays......
