Does anyone have experience with the frequency of Annexin V positive 
(apoptotic) T cells in fresh normal peripheral blood?  I have heard 
that cells become Annexin+ (i.e. loose the asymmetry of membrane 
phospholipids) before DNA fragmentation is apparent by PI 
staining.  True?
