Hello Flowers,
Does anyone have any experience using pairs of UV dyes with the UV line of the
argon ion laser?  We are thinking of using either Cascade Blue and AMCA or else
Cascade Blue and DAPI.  Any thoughts on whether either combination works
without too much spectral overlap?
