Hi again,
         I like to thank everyone for responding to my blood differential
question.  I am sorry for not being specific that I need blood differential
count in rats and mice.
         Literature search points me to a peroxidase staining for
differentiating wbc's.  Can anyone lead me to a protocol or refference
method
that combines peroxidase staining with flow cytometer (not the hematology
machines).
