In Prof. Eric Marz's reply to Bakul I. Dalal about MFI and WinMDI's failure to read Coulter's Profile II listmode format, it is suggested that the program Pro2FCS available from Verity Software House, Topsham ME, be used to do a conversion first. In my experience users do not want to mess around reading files in one program and then another (and probably another to get a decent print out) they want to open the file ONCE.
