PI incorporation in dividing cells !?

Hi all !!

I have a nice and simple question which has been bugging me for some times.
 I wonder if dividing blast size cells (live cells) have temdency to
incorporate PI (which may complicate the dead-live cell discrimination,
especially when it comes to deal with bigger cells).
