*-------------------- FLOW CYTOMETRY FACILITY I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience in looking at rabbit fiberblasts and schwann cells? I have an investigator who is growing cultures of fiberblasts and want to know the percent contamination due to schwann cells using Flow Cytometry. Can this be done? What do the light scatters of rabbit fibroblasts and schwann cells look like in the same culture. My plots have one population large and smooth, and a second very small and smooth. The small size population almost looks like debris. Do I have a correct plot of the mixed culture? If the light scatters are not correct, are there any antibodies that will see rabbit fibroblasts or schwann cells. Any help is greatly appreciated. DAVIN B.
