635 nm diode lasers

We are currently using a 633 nm laser for identifying algae, based on their
pigment composition (phycocyanins), but it has to be replaced. At the
moment, 635 nm diode lasers are available. Does anyone have information on
and experience with >10 mW 635 nm diode lasers?
