Greetings,

I'm looking for some tips on using 7-AAD for viability assessment.

I *have* looked at Schmid, et. al. in Cytmometry 13:204, 1992

1) Is it written up anywhere else?

2) I'm wondering about the best way to prepare stock and/or working solutions
to maximize shelf-life and efficacy.

3) I'm aware of Calbiochem and Sigma as vendors.  Any preference, or,
alternatives?  

I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions from users who have experience with
this application for this dye.
