We are contemplating changing from conventional FACscan technique for CD4
CD8 analysis of HIV-patient samples to the TRIO-system on the ORTHO Cytoron
Absolute.
Is ther anyone with experience from such a transition or from running these
samples in the ORTHO system?

I would appreciate comment on any good or bad experience, techniqually,
economically or with regard to compatability with previously obtained
results with other machines.
