Does anyone out there have a protocol for using sodium borohydride?  I want to 
try to use it to reduce autofluorescence (Cytometry 8:235-239(1987)).  It's so 
dangerous that I'm afraid to open the reagent until I'm sure how to use it. 
Also, how much reduction of autofluorescence can I really expect. (I'm using a 
FACStarPlus, but only Argon (UV/tunable)lasers.)
