PLEASE POST to FLOW DISCUSSION GROUP.

I could use some suggestions and sage advice on the use of acridine orange
in flow cytometry. We have a new facility with a FASCVantage, and a
couple of investigators are considering the use of AO.

What problems or concerns have others encountered with AO contamination,
and how has this been dealt with in other labs?
