Tom,

We've done this three ways.

Transceivers that go from 10Base2 ("thin wire"; coax cable, BNC
connector) to 10BaseT ("twisted pair"; RJ45 connector) include: St.
Clair SN1011; and the 10T Hub/8 from Asante. The latter provides one
BNC connector and 8 10BaseT connectors. Several computers can share
the same wall socket, but the connection can be unreliable if two
computers use it simultaneously. We've also used a transceiver that
has an AUI (15 pin) connector in one side and a 10BaseT on the
other. Model CTP100t from Cabletron.

All these transceivers use a 115V power adapter.
