Subject: Freezing cells

Mike Salmon talk about freezing cells to store important samples 
for later use (up to 3 years). I would like to find out the
freezing method used (glycerol, DMSO etc.) and if it was done with 
cell lines other than blood cells. This will be of great help to me.
