Biomedical Engineer, BCC Phone: (502)588-7191 reply to steve hilliard. You can punt the RBC's by lysing them or using gradie nt separation. I'd try lysing first, since it is so much easier. Also if some of the target cells get a bit lysed too, it shouldn't present much of aproblem since you'd probably want to strip the cytoplasm from the nuclei in the first p lace. If you'd like a good "recipe" for a lysing reagent let me know and I'll dig it up for you.
