Pluronic acid will dissolve much easier in DMSO for your assay. Place in
37oC water bath to help dissolve.
 Need to check your total DMSO content though, cells aren't that tolerant.

Someone has suggestion about preparation of 20% pluronic acid
for calcium assay? We tried in water but we only arrive to a beker
full of foam!
