While trying to establish a 5-color protocol on our MoFlo, I would like to
hear from those with APC-Cy7 experiences about the stability. Can we fix
the samples stained with antibodies conjugated with APC-Cy7? Will we still
be able to see APC-Cy7 signal in a week post fixation? Which vendor has
the best stable conjugates? Thank you very much.
