Does anyone know if there are Fc receptor's associated with HMNC's?
Specifically in human peripheral blood MNC's what percentage of cells
may have Fc receptor's.  What is the most common blocking method?  Do
you commonly block both direct conjugates and indirect staining (primary
followed by secondary)?
