Hello to all, I've never really understand instrument QC from a compensation point. In servicing flow instruments, we usually look for resolution, linearity and reproducibility. My questions are; 1. Why is it necessary to control the instruments on-board compensation circuits. 2. Wouldn't instrument performance be better controlled by resolution, linearity and reproducibility monitoring? 3. If you are doing compensation offline, would it be valid to control the instruments onboard compensation circuits? 4. What would one do if the compensation were off 10% between different instruments? 5. Are any user groups comparing standard samples outside of a CAP survey? Just curious, Thanks in advance. respectfully, Tony Leger Automation Lab Technology altservice@direcway.com 1-800-932-6883
