We have two Calibur, one with sorting option. Both are heavily used and not on service contracts. We have had these for at least 4 years and have never replaced a flow cell. We have replaced one red laser and several pumps. Most expensive item replaced was the loader elevator assembly. Good routine maintenance and cleaning as described in the manual help to avoid clogged cells and poor performance. Charles A.
