Splitting of sensitive cells

Dear flowers

Please let me in with a question about cell culture, only touching the
field of flowcytometry. I dissociate epithel-cells from nasal mucosa and
culture these cells in collagencoated flask and petris with good
success. But after the next dissociating step for splitting only a very
small number of cells become adherence again to growth further. I have
used trypsin/EDTA with subsequently treatment with FCS or
Trypsininhibitor and also I have used Accutase-it's always the same bad
result.
Are there other enzymes or enzymecombinations or ready products which
work better in may be very sensitive cells?

Thank You for every answer.
