This is a first announcement for a regional training program that FloCyte Associates is Planning - and hope to implement this fall. Our goal is to take this weekend program - a 3 day 'basic training' and a one day 'T4 course - Tips, Tricks, and Techniques of the Trade' for advanced flow users - ON the ROAD! We want to make it comprehensive, affordable, and local - bring it to YOU - so your travel expenses are minimal. We are open to invitations and suggestions from flow labs - perhaps you would like to host this training, or know of someone who might. If you are interested in hosting, know of a region or city that could benefit from such a training program, or just have suggestions for our program, please give me a return email. We have benefits for our hosts!!! Free training!! Our first program will be this October or November and our goal is to do one every month in different parts of the country - or world.... as requested. Our syllabus is complete for the basic program - with theory and demonstration on the principle of flow cytometry - and will soon be on the web at our website, along with bios of our instructors and our proposed schedule for the next few months. Your interest will help us schedule more locations!
