Dear Flowers,
Has anyone experience with PKH-2 staining of mouse lymphoma cells (YAC-
1)?
Which Diluent do you use for the staining reaction? We have used Dil A,
contained in the PKH kit of Sigma, but even short contact of YAC cells with
this diluent causes death in about 50 % of the cells.
