Alfredo, Indo-1 is used for calcium with flow because it is single
excitation, dual emission. That is, only one laser, but two PMTs. Fura 2
is dual excitation, single emission. That is, either two different light
sources to excite or a monochronamater that flips between the two and one
PMT.
