Dear Cytometry list reader, I'm also interested in these question (currently I export the data from BD software as tab del. file and import the data in excel). I addition I'm interested to know if anyone knows software/database which organises the FACS file. At the moment I store the list-mode files in seperate folders (one folder for each patient), but over the time it becomes very difficult to find files.
