Dear Maciej,

I have contacted Prof. H. Weich at the German Research Centre for
Biotechnology (GBF) since I knew he developed many antibodies and assays to
study angiogenesis and herewith his answer:

Concerning your question about VEGFR-1 antibodies I only know one monoclonal
which can be used for cell sorting: 101-M26 from RELIATech. You can download
the data-sheet from www.reliatech.de <http://www.reliatech.de> and if
necessary I can fax you the results by sorting HUVEC and PAE/flt-1 cells
with this antibody.
Herbert A. Weich, Ph.D.

Hope this helps, best regards,

	Dear colleagues,

I'm looking for a reagent that will recognize the human VEGF-R1
(FLT-1) by
flow. Does anyone have a good source? References would be useful as
well.

	Thanks!
	Maciej
