Need help with a clinical case

Dear All:

    I really need help with this clinical case. A 47 year-old female presented with bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy and hepatomegaly. Her CBC showed 8.5 gm/dl Hb, WBC = 37,900 ( 72% neutrophils, 4% bands, 13% lymphs, Plt = 38,000. BM aspirate report: Numerous blasts ? myeloblasts. Cytochemistry:  Sudan black (-), NSE (-), Chloroacetate esterase (-), PAS (-)

Flow cytometry of BM: Blasts are positive for CD7, CD34, CD38, CD (16+56) AND negative for CD4, CD5, CD8, CD10, CD19, CD20, CD23, CD33, CD56, TdT, Myeloperoxidase, Kappa, Lambda, and cytoplasmic CD3 and CD22.
