Cell tracking in humans

Greetings all,

I would like to perform an experiment looking at the fate of fluorescently
labeled red cells in vivo in humans.
I envisage using one of the PKH dyes as a marker, I would be grateful if
anyone can tell me if these kind of experiments have been done in humans. A
literature search throws up several instances in animal models but I can
find no human work. If this kind of work has been carried out in humans
previously, it would make obtaining ethical approval easier..

Best regards to all over the holiday.

Arnold
