Dear Georg: In regards to your question about the anti-Pgp antibodies from BD not working......we actually just published a paper about this. The directly conjugated clone marketed by BD [and another from a different commercial source] is not very good at detecting lower levels of Pgp - so I don't think it's a bad lot, but rather, an antibody that does indeed work but only is able to detect VERY high levels of protein. Reference below.
